3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, clients receive full ownership of all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables produced specifically for their project. Gensoft retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, or reusable components used in delivery, subject to the license terms in the signed agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Gensoft respects the confidentiality of all client information. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project discussions commence. Client data, business logic, and proprietary information are never shared with third parties without explicit written consent.

5. Website Use
