No Surprises.
No Black Boxes.
You deserve to know exactly who is working on your project, what they're doing, how decisions are made, and what everything costs. Here's how Gensoft works — transparently, from kickoff to deployment.
Three Ways to Work with Gensoft
We adapt our engagement to fit your project, team, and budget. Choose the model that fits, or let us recommend based on your situation.
Fixed Price
Best for well-defined projects with clear scope. You get a firm price, a firm timeline, and no budget surprises.
Ideal for:
Time & Materials
Best for evolving products where scope changes over time. Pay for what you use, stay fully in control of priorities.
Ideal for:
Dedicated Team
Best for long-term product development where you need a consistent, embedded team without the overhead of hiring.

How a Gensoft Project Actually Runs
Every engagement follows this structure — giving you visibility, control, and predictability from the first call to post-launch support.
Discovery Call (Day 1)
A 30-minute call with a senior engineer — not a salesperson. We ask about your goals, constraints, and timeline. You ask us anything. NDA signed before this if needed.
Technical Assessment (Days 2–3)
Our architects review your requirements and produce a structured scope document: recommended architecture, tech stack, team composition, timeline, and cost estimate. No templates.
Team Assembly (Week 1)
We introduce your team by name before the contract is signed. CVs, tech tests, and video calls — you approve every engineer before they start.
Sprint-Based Delivery
2-week sprints with planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You see working software every sprint — not slide decks. Backlog managed in your tools (Jira, Linear, etc.).
QA, Staging & Launch
Dedicated QA on every sprint. Staging environment before any production deployment. Load testing and security review before launch. We don't ship code we're not confident in.
Post-Launch Support
30-day warranty on all delivered code. Optional SLA-based support packages. Full knowledge transfer and documentation — so your team can own what we built.
You're Always in the Loop
We work in your timezone, in your tools, with your cadence. No weekly status email that says "things are on track." Real access, real conversations.
Daily Standups
15-minute async or live standup every day. What was done, what's next, what's blocked — in writing or on video.
Sprint Reviews
Every 2 weeks you see working software demonstrated. Review, feedback, and priority changes — all before the next sprint starts.
Monthly Reports
Hours, budget burn, milestone progress, risks, and next steps — in a clear one-page report shared with your leadership if needed.
Direct Slack Access
Every engineer is available directly in your Slack workspace. Message them directly — no project manager filter, no ticket system delay.
Tools we work in
We Don't Ship Code We're Not Proud Of
Every Gensoft delivery goes through a structured quality process — from automated testing at the PR level to manual QA on every feature before it ships.
Senior review before anything is merged. No junior commits to main unreviewed.
Unit, integration, and E2E tests. CI fails if coverage drops below threshold.
Manual regression testing on every feature before sprint review. Nothing ships untested.
OWASP review and load testing before any production launch — no surprises on go-live day.
Any bug we introduced, we fix for free — within 30 days of deployment.
How we're different from most agencies
| What most agencies do | What Gensoft does |
|---|---|
| Salespeople scope your project | Senior engineers scope it |
| Junior devs, senior prices | 5+ years min experience |
| Weekly status email | Daily standups + direct Slack |
| Scope changes = surprise bills | Agreed change control process |
| Agency owns the IP | You own 100% — always |
| No post-launch support | 30-day warranty + SLA options |
Let's Talk About Your Project
