SQL Network Database

For larger organizations, IntelliTrack DMS-SQL combines mobile barcode and RFID data collection with a high-speed, high-capacity network database for processing more transactions, and storing more data objects.

Gensoft DMS-SQL was designed for the enterprise that needs to track a large volume of assets or inventory. Gensoft applications can attach to the Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE) and the Microsoft SQL network database. By employing SQL, Gensoft software can supports more users, provide superior local and wide-area network performance, centralize database administration and allow users to maintain longer history and larger data tables.

IntelliTrack with SQL is able to maintain and synchronize large amounts of data while giving the local user access the central database and portable data.

NetSynch

IGensoftk DMS with NetSynch manages data transfer for Gensoft applications across a wired or wireless network. The Gensoft application, data, and validation can be managed from the host to upload and download data to portable data terminals using TCP/IP. Any client Portable Data Terminal (PDT) with a wireless connection can send and receive Gensoft applications data and also update its application software to the most current application.

Data uploaded to the central host from single or multiple PDT's is automatically staged for data base updates, or reviewed by a manger for accuracy and then manually synchronized. The NetSynch host supports up to 25 simultaneous connections, allowing for data collection with a large number of devices.

The NetSynch host works with the full line of Gensoft DMS-SQL software packages, including Fixed Assets, Stockroom Inventory, Check In/Out, and Inventory Shipping Receiving and Picking (ISRP).
